I called Karl due to his high reviews. He lived up to those reviews and far exceeded them. Prior to calling him, we called multiple electricians for advice. Karl was the first one to explain what the job was and how he was going to fix it. He was patient, explaining a cheap, medium and expensive way of fixing the issue with our lights. We opted for the proper fix and he was professional and completed the job well within our parameters. He is quick to reply and his mantra is to keep you as a customer forever.
